2.3 Termination of Access

In the event that "Tattoo Academy" goes out of business or the website is taken down, your access to the course will be terminated.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

The course is available for a one-time payment. By completing the payment process, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

3.2 Refunds

We offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee if you request a refund within 24 hours of your purchase. Refunds will only be issued if you contact us within this time frame and have not extensively accessed or downloaded course materials. After 24 hours, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided.

Refunds will be processed within 2-6 business days after your refund request is approved.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, "Tattoo Academy" shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

8. Changes to This Agreement

"Tattoo Academy" reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the course after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11.2 Cancellation of Upcoming Content

While we strive to deliver all announced upcoming content, unforeseen circumstances may require us to cancel its release. In such cases, subscribers will not be entitled to any refunds or compensation for the canceled content.

12. Email Marketing and Communication

By purchasing and accessing the tattoo course or using our services, you consent to receiving marketing emails and communications from "Tattoo Academy" about our services, new course content, and other promotional materials. You can opt out of these communications at any time by:
